Run midway init to create midway.yaml in the current working directory:
The setup prompts for optional credentials for Slack, Discord, Telegram, ntfy, and email over SMTP. Press Enter to skip a service. To skip email setup, leave the SMTP server prompt empty. SMTP passwords are entered with masked input; the saved credentials are stored in plain text in midway.yaml, so protect the file. Midway also supports local desktop notifications, which do not require credentials. By default, all notification methods are selected; external services need their credentials to deliver notifications. See configuration to customize destinations and timing, and the notification guides for provider setup. If midway.yaml already exists in the current directory, midway init asks whether to overwrite it. Confirming replaces the file; it does not merge the new answers into the existing configuration.
